Other products and product brands mentioned on the Web Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. Images on this Web Site are provided for viewing purposes only and may not be saved or downloaded in any format. Except for explicitly downloadable content marked "Download" or "Download it!" or translations/modifications thereof. Downloadable files related to conference materials are accessible through access credentials, provided at the time of the event, and can be used for personal and educational purposes only. Korilù srl does not assume responsibility for any illicit use of the downloaded materials.

Collection of personal data

The website of Korilù srl can be consulted without communicating any personal data; in some cases it is necessary to provide personal data in order to access certain services offered (newsletter). In these cases you will only be asked for the information necessary to be able to activate the requested service. We invite you to read the privacy policy. The Korilù srl site also collects information regarding IP address, type of browser and operating system used, domain name, times and addresses of websites from which the user accessed the site. This information is processed by Korilù srl in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical purposes (see Privacy Policy).

Data related to the services offered

Korilù srl processes the personal data of users/visitors/participants of the services offered, in full compliance with the provisions of the Italian national legislation on privacy and, in particular, of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Access to particular services, such as, by way of example but not limited to, participation in events, whether in standard (in-person) or FAD (distance learning) format, is subject to registration and/or enrollment upon prior disclosure of personal data. Contextually, specific information is provided at the time of subscription to the services themselves. The acquisition of data, which may be required, is a prerequisite for access to the services offered on the site.
Korilù srl keeps the technical data related to the connections (log) to allow the security checks required by Law and in order to improve the quality of the services offered and customize them in relation to the needs of users/visitors. The data entered may also be used by Korilù srl in order to send periodic e-mail messages containing advertising, promotional material, promotional initiatives, commercial communications, subject to acceptance of the purpose. The personal data, collected and stored in databases of Korilù srl, are processed by the data controllers as appointees. They are not subject to dissemination or communication to third parties, except in cases provided for in the information and / or the Law and, in any case, in the manner permitted by it. Korilù srl provides, in accordance with the relevant provisions of law, the recording of log files. These data do not allow an identification of the user except after a series of processing and interconnection operations, and necessarily through data provided by other providers. Operations that may be carried out exclusively at the request of the competent Judicial Authorities, authorized to do so by express provisions of the law designed to prevent and/or repress crimes.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Korilù srl cannot take responsibility for any unauthorized access or loss of personal information beyond its control.

Verification of personal data

The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain verification, confirmation or modification of his or her personal information, through an explicit and formal request to Korilù srl by email to info@korilu.it.

The information, products and services published on the website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. In particular, and to the extent required by applicable law, Korilù srl does not guarantee the accuracy of, and shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information and descriptions of conferences, events, Hotels, air, sea or road transportation carriers or other tourist or travel product displayed on the website (including, but not limited to, conference programs, conference descriptions, photographs, lists of hotel services, general product descriptions, etc.), information provided in part by the respective suppliers. All information is periodically supplemented and modified. Korilù srl may make additions or changes to the website at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Korilù srl, shall not be liable in any way in relation to the fitness for any purpose of the information, products and services contained on the website and the presence or offering of products or services on the website does not constitute any warranty or recommendation of such products or services on the part of Korilù srl. Korilù srl disclaims any liability for any claims by Users relating to the inability to use the Services and/or the Website for any reason whatsoever. Korilù srl assumes no responsibility for damages, claims or losses, direct or indirect, arising to Users due to the failure and/or defective functioning of the Site or of the electronic equipment of the Users themselves or of third parties, including Internet Service Providers, of telephone and/or telematic connections not directly managed by Korilù srl or by persons for whom it is responsible. Korilù srl shall not be held in default of its obligations or liable for damages resulting from failure to provide Services or failure to connect to the Site due to the malfunction or failure of electronic means of communication due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to, unavailability of telephone connection lines or other providers of network services, malfunction of computers and other electronic devices, even if not an integral part of the Internet network, malfunction of software installed by Users, as well as by the actions of other users or other persons with access to the network. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, effectiveness, interpretation and execution of these Conditions, the Court of Bologna shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
